PEARL BRIDAL HOUSE COVID-19 APPOINTMENT POLICY

We are thankful to be able to welcome our brides and bridesmaids again and are working hard to ensure the safety of our guests and staff as our highest priority. We have a few current policies related to our appointments that we require all visitors to acknowledge prior to their appointment with us and respect them during their visit.

-        Our appointments will be scheduled for 60 minutes and we can accommodate more time if needed if an opening following the appointment is available or schedule a follow up appointment at a later time.

-        Our front door will remain locked and only opened for scheduled appointments. Please be sure to arrive on time to maximize the time in the boutique.

-        All staff, brides and guests will be required to wear a mask during the length of the appointment. Brides and guests will be required to bring and wear their own masks.

-        We know how much taking photos is a big part in helping narrow down favourite styles. Please note, that removing masks for photos is not permitted at any time during the appointment.

  -        Our stylists will be in close contact with the bride and / or bridesmaids assisting her / them with trying on the dresses. All parties must be comfortable with this limited physical spacing. 

FOR BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS:

  • We will accommodate up to two brides in the boutique at a time with staggered appointments to ensure we follow physical distancing recommendations where possible.

  • We welcome a limit of two (2) adult guests per bridal appointment. Additional friends and family may join in the fun via FaceTime or Zoom. We ask that you use your own device to facilitate this.  

  • To limit physical handling of the gowns, we encourage our brides to preselect up to five or six dresses through our website that they would like to try on so that we could have them ready in the changeroom for their appointment. Our stylist would be happy to pull an additional couple of gowns that may catch their attention while in the boutique.

FOR BRIDESMAID APPOINTMENTS:

  •  We welcome a limit of five adults from the same party during the appointment. This could be in any combination of bride + four bridesmaids, bride + guest (ie mom) + three bridesmaids. Additional friends and family may join in the fun via FaceTime or Zoom. We ask that you use your own device to facilitate this.  

  • We know that some parties have more than four bridesmaids so we recommend bringing in part of your group for a first appointment. If you and your party find some favourites, then a secondary appointment could be booked while in the boutique for the next group of friends.

  •  To limit physical handling of our dresses, we encourage our brides to preselect up to ten styles through our website that they would like to try on so that we could have them ready in the changeroom for their appointment. Our stylist would be happy to pull an additional couple of dresses that may catch their attention while in the boutique.
